How far in advance should I submit the drawings?
We recommend sending them 48 hours in advance. in order to prepare everything necessary for the moment of the visit. We will adjust the scale of the projection and prepare the necessary furniture.
In what format should I submit the project plans?
We accept any commonly used format, although recommend PDF.
What if I only have paper plans?
If you send them to us well in advance, we can digitize and project them as well. The digitized plans will be returned to you for you to keep.
What dimensions can you project?
The projection surface on the floor is 25×14 thus obtaining a projection of 350m2. In vertical, we have 60m2 (10×6)
If the surface to be projected is larger, we can move the plane in any direction to project the entire surface.
Of course, if the project includes several plants, we will move from one to another according to your needs.
Will I be able to see how the spaces look with real furniture?
We have complete furniture to be placed in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms, as well as movable walls.. It is a light furniture that you can move and relocate during the session, to be able to perform all the tests and simulations you need.
You can easily separate the kitchen island, place the dryer over the washing machine, reorient the sofa or check if the space between the bed and the closet is sufficient.
My project includes a parking space, can I check if it is convenient and easy to park and get out of the car?
Of course. In our facilities we have an entrance for cars and we allow you to make the parking maneuver. on the projection of the plane. We'll even set up the columns for you so you can make sure they're not a problem.
My architect or interior designer has provided me with a rendering, what are the advantages of seeing the project in real scale?
Renderings and full-scale experience are not incompatible.
With a rendering you can see a simulation of how the interior or exterior will look like, the proposed materials and even the decoration. With a 1:1 scale experience you can really feel the spaces, walk through the rooms and check if the dimensions assigned to each one match what you want. and everything has the expected functionality.
The full-scale experience allows you to decide on measurements, relocate doors or windows, allocate more or less space to a room, all based on your own verification, with a tape measure in hand. Once you are clear and your project has been adjusted, the render will help you visualize how it will look, but you will be sure that nothing is too small or too big.
And of course, in our facilities we can project your rendering also at real scale!
At what stage of the project is it best to make the visit?
It's always a good time to make sure everything will look the way you want it to. Of course, the ideal time is before closing the project to be able to detect and correct everything so as not to incur later costs associated with changes that could have been foreseen.
Even so, if the project is already being executed and during the work you have doubts that everything is going to be as you would like or you are considering making any changes, a full-scale session will allow you to check everything before making rectifications that, by themselves, already imply an additional cost.
How much time will I need to review my entire project?
In the case of a dwelling, our general recommendation is that you reserve one hour per 100m2.
1h, 2h, 3h and 5h packages are available.
For business customers we also offer 8h, 12h and even one week packages.
For professional clients (architects, interior designers, etc.) we have prepaid packs of 10h, 15h and 20h at special prices that can be consumed according to your needs.
What is the payment method?
In order to manage the occupancy correctly, we will ask you to pay the 100% at the time of booking. If you have to cancel, we will pay the 100% if you inform us more than 7 days in advance, the 80% if it is before 48h and the 50% if it is before 24h.
We accept bank transfer and credit card. If you prefer the latter option, we will send you a link so you can make the payment from your computer or cell phone.
